Widwild offers its customers the possibility to make exchanges and returns of their purchase during the first seven (7) business days after delivery of the product.
Returns and/or exchanges must be requested through our email info@widwild.com indicating the products you wish to return, followed by the reason.
In order to exercise the right of return or exchange the consumer must comply with some general conditions such as:
- The customer is obliged to check his purchase and verify that it is in good condition, if not, he can make his change within the first 7 days, after that, the company is not responsible.
- It is necessary to have the complete product, as it was delivered, that is to say, with all its elements such as: labels, accessories, packaging, original manuals in good condition and without signs of use.
- In the case of products on promotion and/or discounts, it does not include: exchanges or returns, so we ask that the customer is always in agreement and aware when making your purchase.
- Product shipment services at the customer’s request for reasons beyond Widwild’s control will incur an additional cost depending on the pick-up location, size and weight of the product. In addition, the cost of logistical expenses that this may require must be paid.
- Please note that failure to comply with these requirements may invalidate the exchange or refund.
